thanksgiving music

I am so very grateful that I had an entire week off to celebrate Thanksgiving! Thank you, my amazing school district!

My family started Thanksgiving feasting at breakfast, then straight to lunch, then finished it off with a full-on Thanksgiving dinner. We. Are. Major. Eaters. But calories don't count on holidays, right?

We celebrated with the Park family on Saturday, in the mountains with an amazing Thanksgiving lunch. After eating and digesting a delicious lunch with ALL the Thanksgiving trimmings, my father-in-law serenaded us with his accordion. He played some hymns and then let John have a go at it.

Isn't that the coolest thing ever?! John and his family are sooooo musically talented. It blows my mind! His dad goes from playing the piano, to his trumpet, to the guitar, then singing as he plays his accordion. It's wild, I tell you!

I am so thankful for my very own Steve Urkel. God has blessed me with an amazingly dorky husband, awesome family, a great job, plentiful food, supportive friends, and the list can go on and on. But I am most grateful that Christ loved me, even while I was still a sinner, Christ died for me (Romans 5:8).

Hope you all had an amazing Thanksgiving!
